embracing the total alignment of mind, body and soul. 

 We are women-focused and offer Make + Take Workshops, Women's Wellness Classes and Retreats, 

Guided Meditation Classes, Sound Baths, Healing Circles and Private Small Group Classes. 

Our healing services include Reiki Energy Healing Sessions with Psychic Mediumship 

and Intuitive Life Coaching.

Rooted in a love for creating and a deep belief in the healing power of the natural world, The Grounded Ginger has become synonymous with sustainable and intentional living. The Grounded Ginger's studio & shop can be found in the picturesque town of West Galway at the foothills of the Adirondacks in Upstate New York.  

With its authentic post and beam style, the shop cultivates a feeling of rustic sophistication.  

Upon entering, the smell of fresh Eastern White Pine swirls with the scent of hand poured candles and artisan soaps, 

greeting customers with a warm embrace. 

The Meditation Loft, Serenity Nest and Sisters Herb Garden were created with intention and attention to detail, creating healing spaces throughout the property.

Stacey Kozak, Founder and Creator, is a Natural Healer, Psychic Medium, Reiki Master and Educator. 

Stacey began her journey in self-taught alchemy in 2009 while making non-toxic skincare remedies for her 

two young boys. As the boys grew, so did the brand. Drawing on years of education and experience living 

a lifestyle connected to homesteading, including gardening, raising livestock, herbalism and food preservation, 

Stacey began creating products with oils, herbs and botanicals. 

In 2012, The Grounded Ginger was initially established as an online Etsy Shop. 

Since then, Stacey's gifts as a Psychic Medium have blossomed, just as naturally 

and organically as her all-natural product collections.  

Stacey holds a Master of Science in Education Degree {Community Mental Health Counseling} combined with over twenty-five years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist. Pivoting to holistic wellness and spiritual practices, Stacey received her Usui Reiki Master Certification and offers personalized 

Reiki Energy Healing with Psychic Mediumship services and Intuitive Life Coaching, 

honoring the total mind, body, and soul connection.   

During a Reiki healing session, Stacey guides each client on an individualized journey of self-discovery. Identifying and working through blockages, clients learn how to connect with their heart space and how to follow their own innate wisdom. Stacey will connect with Spirit, Spirit guides and 

loved ones from across the veil for messages that support the client's journey.
