The Grounded Ginger is a soulful and gentle brand committed to creating all-natural products that heal and elevate your daily routines. We are also passionate about teaching women how to connect more deeply to nature, 

themselves and the community.

 We offer Make + Take Workshops, Women's Retreats, Guided Meditation Classes, 

Herbalism Education and private small group classes. 

Our healing services include Reiki Energy Healing Sessions, Mediumship and 

Intuitively Guided Spiritual Coaching.

Rooted in a love for creating and a deep belief in the healing power of the natural world, The Grounded Ginger has become synonymous with sustainable and intentional living. The Grounded Ginger's studio & shop can be found in the picturesque town of West Galway at the foothills of the Adirondacks in Upstate New York.  With its authentic post and beam style, the shop cultivates a feeling of rustic sophistication.  Upon entering, the smell of fresh Eastern White Pine swirls with the scent of hand poured candles and artisan soaps, greeting customers with a warm embrace. 

The Meditation Loft, Serenity Nest and Sisters Herb Garden were created with intention and attention to detail, creating healing spaces throughout the property.

Stacey Kozak, Founder and Creator, is an Herbalist, Medium, Reiki Master and Intuitive Spiritual Coach. 

Stacey began her journey in self-taught alchemy in 2009 while making non-toxic skincare remedies for her 

two young boys. As the boys grew, so did the brand. Drawing on years of education and experience living 

a lifestyle connected to homesteading, including gardening, raising livestock, herbalism and food preservation, 

Stacey began creating products with oils, herbs and botanicals. 

In 2012, The Grounded Ginger was established as an online Etsy Shop.  

"I visualize my handcrafted products adding positive energy and harmony to your everyday routine". 

Stacey holds a Master of Science in Education Degree {Community Mental Health Counseling} combined with over twenty-five years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist. Pivoting to holistic wellness and spiritual practices, Stacey received her Usui Reiki Master Certification and offers personalized Reiki Energy Healing with Mediumship and Intuitively Guided Spiritual Coaching services, honoring the total mind, body, and soul connection.   

During a healing session, Stacey guides each client on an individualized journey of self-discovery and transformation. Identifying and working through blockages, clients learn how to connect with their heart space and how to follow their own innate wisdom. During a healing session, Stacey will connect with Spirit, Spirit guides and loved ones across the veil for messages that support the client's journey. 

Reiki and Spiritual Coaching encourages clients to activate their inner compass and gain clarity, while developing intentional practices that support their highest good.  

Stacey lives authentically and grows her business with her heart wide open, believing in the conscious integration of science and spirituality. Stacey is passionate about guiding and motivating women on their wellness journeys. 

Through Workshops, Classes and individualized Healing Sessions, Stacey strives to inspire women 

to go within to heal, while discovering their highest self, raising their level of consciousness 

and cultivating meaningful connections with others.

The Sisters Herb Garden, where our herbs for products and herbal teas are grown, is as functional as it is magical. This garden space is all about bringing women together, soul sisters, in a beautiful and intentional space. The plants in the garden are sisters in their own right, each looking after the other. Collectively, the Sisters Herb Garden is a representation of women supporting each other, living your truth in the light,

 and thriving through all stages of life, from seed to bloom.
